What You Need to Know "Just in Case"
CUSTOMER SERVICE:
Ancient Games is devoted to providing quality customer service. We aim
to satisfy every customer and if you are not satisfied we will do all
we can to make it right. Our business hours when we can be contacted by
phone are 9AM-5PM Monday-Friday Eastern Standard Time. You may Email or
fax us if you wish.
ORDERING & PAYMENT:
You may order either online using the shopping-cart or by phone if you
prefer. Payments on credit cards are not charged until the day the order
is shipped. Orders from outside the U.S. using a credit card may need
a faxed copy of the card and signature.
If we are out of stock on an item we will notify you
immediately to let you know if there are possible substitutions or when
we expect to be restocked.
SHIPPING:
Prices quoted for shipping are for UPS Ground within the continental U.S.
If you need faster service or are outside this area please call. Orders
are usually shipped the next business day, but not always. If you have
a time limit please feel free to ask if there could possibly be any delays.
UPS suspends itís time guarantees after December 12 for any service
but Next Day Air.
RETURN POLICY:
We guarantee your satisfaction or you may return it for your money back
no questions asked. However, we do appreciate your comments so that we
know where we may need to improve or to know if we are doing a good job.
You have 15 days from the time you receive your order to return merchandise. Before returning merchandise you must contact Ancient Games to get a return authorization number that is to be put on the outside of the shipping box. Merchandise must be sent freight prepaid and insured by means of a carrier that supplies a trackable number. All items must be in their original packaging in new, resaleable condition. You will be refunded your full purchase price (not including shipping). We will pay for the shipping for defective items or errors in shipping that are our fault.
Because of the fragile nature of some items such as chess boards, we use styrofoam packing materials strategically placed to prevent impact damage during shipping. Each board is inspected before being sent out. When returning items such as this they must be packed with the original packing materials and packed in the same way they were delivered.
We are careful to use packaging that exceeds UPS guidelines. For goods damaged during shipment you must notify Ancient Games within 72 Hrs. of delivery.
PRIVACY:
We are aware that most people are concerned about their privacy when giving
any information online. For this reason our ordering is processed on a
secured form. Please do not email any credit card information by regular
email and we will never ask for this to be done.
We do not pass any information to any third parties nor do we sell any names to customer lists.
